Which Bottle is best for my baby?
After talking with many different Parents about this topic.
I have found a list of great bottles and the pros and cons to most well known brands.
Phillips Avent: Known to work well for Colic babies. It's small and large shape allows the baby to hold it easily. In Plastic and Disposable bottles.
Nuby: Great Reviews on this newer brand bottle. Works well to help transition a baby to a sippy cup. They offer many different options of No-Spill cups to help their transition.
Playtex: Even though this brand may be a little pricer due to having to buy inserts, Playtex is a reputable company making their nipples feel more like the breast. This bottle is great to help transition babies off of the breast, or if you chose to both breast feed and bottle feed. It is also a sinch to clean!
Dr. Browns: This bottle is best known to reduce gassiness and colic caused by excess air in the bottle. Some say if the bottle is not properly put together it may cause the bottle to leak.
Evenflo: This bottle is also a great bottle if you are transitioning from the breast to the bottle. The nipples feel more like a breast. This is overall a good bottle for your growing infant.

Are Plastic Bottles Hurting my Baby?
Researches have tested multiple brands of bottles and have found that when heated to 175 degrees, the bottle releases a toxic chemical called bisphenol A. This chemical is said to cause different cancers as well as sex hormones imbalance effects. Although researchers say plastics are dangerous, The U.S. health authorities still feel polycarbonate plastics are harmless. If that is the case, Your baby is fine.
If you still do not feel comfortable feeding your child out of a plastic bottle, Look for glass bottles instead of anything BPA Free.
